Where Are You Based?

We’re essentially UK-based nomads, but if you have to really pin us down we’d say we get the fuzzy sentimental warm feelings from North Wales in particular.

The feelings have to be sentimental because it’s usually bloody freezing here…

Do You Have A Shop?

Depends, what you looking to buy? We know a guy if you’re interested…

If you’re asking about our clothing lines, we’ll it’s a no. We print on demand through a third-party because we want to get on with what we’re good at… drawing, designing, writing, just being super-creative. A physical shop has too many overheads so this helps us keep our prices down for the same awesome product.

Can I Visit The Address Provided On The Website?

If you have a problem, if no-one else can help and you can be bothered to try and find us then by all means, North Wales is lovely (but cold, always cold) all year round.

Do You Have A Children’s Range?

We produce clothes in children’s sizes so it’s up to you whether they have suitable imagery for your offspring.

If you are an adult who’s lucky enough to fit children’s clothes please go nuts; as well as having some cool designs on them they also be VAT free!

Is It Safe To Buy Online?

We take the utmost care with the information ou provide us when placing an order on our website (or through any other means). The server that hosts our website encrypts the transmission of all credit card and personal customer information using the Internet-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol.

I’ve Fallen In Love With One Of Your Items But It’s Out Of Stock! When Will It Be Back?

Many of our designs are produced as limited runs or restricted totals to keep things special, so if there is something you really want let us know and we might be able to produce a one-off for you or put the design on a similar garment. Just send us an email, misfitsincuk@gmail.com and we will see what we can do to help.

Failing that eBay might be your best shout, but who in their right mind would be selling on our quality merch?

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept all major cards and PayPal payments.

Shipping Information

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We ship single products to the UK at a flat rate cost of £2.50 and internationally £12.50

For multiple products or if you require tracked delivery you will see that the courrier option is usually the best at

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Our products are usually created and shipped out within three to five working days plus delivery time so around 7 days for the UK and 10 to 15 working days for international services.

Due to Covid 19, times may be streatched so please bear with our suppliers who are doing everything they can in this uncertain time.

Please be aware some of our products may take slightly longer due to the print on demand process which is not under our direct control. We do however choose our suppliers based on speed, reliability, and quality amongst many other reasons so rest assured they will be doing all they can to meet your expectations.

How Do I Track My Order?

It’s currently not possible as we only offer standard delivery.

Do I Need an Account to Place an Order?

No, you can place an order as a ‘guest’. Please select this option during the checkout process. But we hope you’ll be back so creating an account for the future may be useful!

Orders and Returns

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Unfortunately cancelling or changing your order isn’t possible as the product you ordered is being created specifically for you and is automated from the moment you confirm payment, so please make sure that you order carefully.

Can I Return A Faulty Product?

Yes, if it’s genuinely faulty or not the product you ordered then we’ll exchange or refund it.

What If My Order Doesn’t Arrive?

Whilst rare, parcels can go missing in the post. We can’t issue replacement orders until 10 working days following dispatch for the UK and 28 days for EU and international locations as we can’t claim from Royal Mail until this time.

If an order does not arrive our process is as follows:

  • We always recommend asking you to check at your local post office first
  • Check that you entered the correct address when you ordered
  • Confirm your address with us
  • Please note that we have to wait 10 days from the order being posted before notifying our supplier even if you contact us earlier
  • Please also note that we must notify our supplier within 20 days of any orders that have not arrived, After this time we cannot replace any orders free of charge.

How Can I Return A Product?

Please return the faulty item to the address listed on your invoice that will have been sent with your order and fill in our return notification form here.

Please remember that we only accept returns for incorrectly supplied or faulty products and not for unwanted items. So yes you can return a hoodie that arrives with the arms missing, but we won’t accept it if you’ve simply changed your mind or you have spilt your chicken korma down the front.

How Long Does It Take For A Refund To Be Processed?

Please allow seven working days for your return to be processed, if you contact us before this time we may not be able to help, but please provide your full name, order number and the date the returning package was received in the warehouse to misfititsincuk@gmail.com.

What Are The Care Instructions for Your Garments?

For all garments, regardless of garment, style, or printing method, we advise you and to follow these instructions for washing and drying:

  • Wash at 30 degrees celsius, inside out
  • Don’t tumble dry
  • Don’t iron over print

If you want to tear, slash or burn holes in whatever you have spent your hard-earned cash on, to splash paint on, add pins, stencils or badges then knock yourself out, go nuts, this is the brand for you! However, we take no responsibility for your customisations, successful or not, as we hope you would understand and expect. Send us pictures tho, we’d like that!

What Do You Do With The Information You Collect From Us ?

We might send you offers or news about our stuff from time to time, you might even see us advertise on your favorite social media feeds.
