Where Are You Based?

We are essentially nomadic but we do consider the UK our home and North Wales, in particular, has a sentimental warmth about it for us… It would have to be sentimental because it’s usually bloody freezing here…

Do You Have A Shop?

No… we outsource print on demand, online-only… we want to get on with the drawing and designing, a physical shop would be far too much effort and would just add a commute, we would have to have opening hours and employ more staff and pay rent and more bills, the prices would have to go up, we’d have to charge you more for the same awesome product, etc etc, yadda yadda… 

Can I Visit The Address Provided On The Website?

If you can find us… and no one else can help… by all means visit the address on the website… North Wales is lovely, all year round 🙂

Do You Do Children’s Designs?

We produce clothes in children’s sizes but it’s up to you whether they have suitable imagery for your offspring. Also if you are an adult but really little you can still wear clothes with cool stuff on them with the added bonus of them being VAT free… You lucky people…

Is It Safe To Buy Online?

Yes… From us anyway… There are definitely sites I wouldn’t buy from but If you are reading this then you are probably already aware of this but I digress… We take the utmost care with the information that you provide us when placing an order on our website (or through any other means).  The server that hosts our website encrypts the transmission of all credit card and personal customer information using the Internet-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol.

I’ve Fallen In Love With One Of Your Items But It’s Out Of Stock!! When Will It Be Back??

Many of our designs are produced as limited runs or rather restricted totals, to keep things special, so if there is something you really wanted let us know and we might be able to produce a one-off for you or put the design on a similar garment. Otherwise eBay I guess, that’s where I would go but good luck coz who in their right mind would be selling on our quality merch?

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Our incredible products are usually created and shipped out within 48 hours of order. But please allow 3-5 working days for your item to be processed and shipped in the UK and 10-15 working days for international services. Please be aware some of our products may take slightly longer due to the print on demand process which is not under our direct control. We do however choose our suppliers based on speed, reliability, and quality amongst many other reasons so rest assured they will be doing all they can to meet your expectations. 

How Do I Track My Order?

At the moment its standard delivery only so no tracking.

Do I Need An Account To Place An order?

No, you can place an order as a “guest”. Please select this option during the check out process. But you might as well create an account as you will be back !

ORDERS AND RETURNS

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

The short answer is that you can’t… the product you ordered is being created specifically for you and is automated from the moment you confirm payment so please make sure that you order carefully.

Surely I can I return a faulty product tho ?

Yes, if it’s genuinely faulty or it’s not the product you ordered then, of course, you can return it for an exchange or refund and we will make sure the member of staff responsible is suitably punished… probably lock them in a room with a Justin Bieber single playing lound and on repeat for a good hour or so… that’ll learn um… or mentally break them… either way job done.

What if my order doesn’t arrive?

Whilst rare, parcels can go missing in the post. We cannot issue replacement orders until 10 working days after dispatch for the UK and 28 days for EU & INT. This is because we cannot claim from Royal Mail until this time.

 If an order does not arrive our process is as follows:

 

  • We always recommend asking you to check at your local post office first.
  • Check that you entered the correct address when you ordered.
  • Confirm your address with us.
  • Please note that we have to wait 10 days from the order being posted before notifying our supplier even if you contact us earlier.
  • Please also note that we must notify our supplier within 20 days of any orders that have not arrived, After this time we cannot replace any orders free of charge.

​How Can I Return A Product?

Please remember that we only accept returns for incorrectly supplied or faulty products and not for unwanted items. So It can’t have the labels removed, you can’t just change your mind, it can’t have been worn or washed or smell of cigs, cats or curry, you cant damage it just so you can return it… if this is likely to be you then please just don’t buy our stuff in the first place… Thank you come again.

How Long Does It Take For A Refund To Be Processed?

For as long as we can drag it out… No really tho, please allow 7 working days for your return to be processed. If you contact us before this time we may not be able to help, but please provide your full name, order number and the date the returning package was received in the warehouse to misfititsincuk@gmail.com

Who Should I Contact If I Have Any Queries?

If you have any questions, please contact our lovely customer service care team at misfitsincuk@gmail.com… which is really just us… we don’t have a specific customer service team, we just say that to make you think we are a bigger company than we actually are… not sure why we do that… is big really better? Don’t answer that…

What are the care instructions for your products?

For all garments, regardless of garment, style, or printing method, we advise you and your customers follow these instructions for washing and drying:

  • Wash at 30 degrees Celcius, inside out
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Do not iron over print
  • If you want to tear, slash or burn holes in it, splash paint on it, add pins, stencils or badges then knock yourself out, go nuts, this is the brand for you! However, we take no responsibility for your customizations as we hope you would understand and expect. Send us pictures tho, we’d like that!
